| It has been brought to our attention that a number of our businesses are also being offered for sale by other agents at prices that vary from those in our list. We wish to assure you that the prices that we publish are inclusive of commissions and other costs and there are no hidden extras over and above the prices that we publish. Where we have been given a sale price in pesetas or euros, we have used an exchange rate of the time of listing so there may be some fluctuation in price along with variations in the exchange rate. It is also possible that a business owner has reduced an asking price and omitted to inform us prior to this information being sent to you in which case there is a good reason for the discrepancy. If any business is genuinely available at a price lower than we are offering it and you may be interested then we ask that you talk to us as we are sure to be able acquire it at that lower price for you.
